Is there a way to bookmark not all tabs, but all selected tabs with a hotkey?

Is it possible to select multiple tabs: the current tab and tabs to the left or right, using just the keyboard? (no mouse at all)

How can I select an individual bookmarks folder and delete all the duplicate bookmarks in it?
