  • Mar-a-Lago probably.

  • LOCK HIM UP! LOCK HIM UP!!

(Isn’t that what he’s always saying?)

  • That’s probably what he spends on lawyers in a single day.

  • Invidious / piped.video is the way (as long as it continues to work)!

  • WTF?! „… force browser providers to create the means to mandatorily block websites present on a government provided list.“

Today it’s some terrorist / pedophile / fraudulent site, tomorrow it could be some opposition, news or whatever could be disliked site on that list.

  • Someone wrote in a review they this great app “feels like home” because it reminds one of Apollo for Reddit so much.

I tried a couple of the new Lemmy apps and Voyager is my favorite so far. One thing, I would appreciate for one of the next releases would be some kind of “privacy redirect” built in to redirect e.g. YouTube links to piped.video and others as well.

Thanks and keep up the good work! I’ll go ahead and leave a review soon.

  • I sometimes believe that this kind of sudo touch approval is a scam. Quite often when I update some app that comes with an installer (like nextcloud or Edge browser), I am offered to approve the installation / update via touch ID, but it almost never works, but instead I have to type in the admin account and password. So I wonder why they even offer this option, when it has no effect?!

  • I use duck.com randomized alias emails for some random accounts that require email. Works similar to simplelogin, I guess.

  • What are you trying to do?

  • Sounds like if they would get less cows for them when selling them on a market, after their face was revealed.

  • When adult justice is applied, then there’s nothing “juvenile” in that. I guess the thinking behind that (over here) is that you are not yet a fully developed adult when you are 18 and that you might get another chance in life than when committing crimes at older ages.

  • This is an unbelievable tragedy, for all of them. She just turned 18, I wonder what her sentence will be like. I assume that in the US - unlike the situation over here in Europe - there is no special "juvenile justice" for young adults, so she might face multiple lifetimes in prison after being convicted for murder. If I remember correctly you can get separate sentences for each victim, which will sum up to your total sentence.

  • Wasn't Twitter / Xitter / X (whatever they are called now) the company that asked your for your phone number "for your own (account) security" and then got all these phone numbers stolen by some hackers?

Hell yeah, why not do the same shit with your government ID. These are probably even more worth in the darknet.

  • A bit difficult if you want to just stream random music that somehow matches your interests.

  • I think true happiness is just a momentary lapse of reason.

  • Well, uhm… - it’s been designed in California, you know?!

  • Next step: thought police that comes after you each time you think about another sex than your own!
