It’s not unbearable but the desktop website version seems more cluttered than it used to be. Like you mentioned it is also more difficult to add things to the planner as well. These aren’t full deal breakers for sure but things like this usually slowly get clunkier to use over time.
Neocities (mentioned in the article) is a pretty cool throwback site for making your own simple webpages. I used it for a coding exercise to make my own personal version of a Linktree thing.
Bear blog (link) is also simple and neat for simple un-corporate internet-ing.
I know what they're going for but yeah it does seem like an iffy move to sign everyone up for a main server. Unless they're letting people get settled and then emailing/encouraging them after a couple weeks/months to change instances?
Problem with that being that most people won't want to move after setting things up in the first place.
