Haha, no one is gonna pay to use social media. I don't use Twitter but you would never get me to pay for absolute garbage brain rot. I'm already on lemmy for that and it's free.

Getting a PAL/RPAL is easy then you can legally do most of those things. 3d printing a gun I'm pretty sure is still illegal, but if you have a pal you can still make non restricteds just not sell them. I do get that, it is kind of a gut punch though. I really wonder if it matters especially since the open source version may be coming out (I am not completely sold on the fork), could that kill hashicorp? I hope they keep their jobs and get to keep doing what they love. I do feel bad for the devs and others who really are put between a rock and a hard place. I do want to give them credit for their licence, I think they probably did the best with a bad situation. I am preferential towards open source but I am not an open-source/libre absolutist. The west is just as morally bankrupt as Russia, life saving treatments should be given no matter our personal bias, that's the job of health care providers. No matter who you are and what you have done, if you are under my care you are getting treatment.
