  • Sell them and buy low budget low power consumption disks that would fit my purpose.

Enterprise-grade usually has enterprise-grade power consumption. From the power saving alone you can buy nice stuff.

  • I just updated to Magisk 27 as well and saw strange behaviour as well, TZ reset to UTC (I'm in CET), permissions revoked for apps,... Also it required to reinstall to optimize for my device (usually this is only on a clean install).

I'd advice to check your wifi settings. Maybe ot reset the mac you use. (I use device mac at home and random everywere else)

  • Nop, I don't have a 4k library. To be honest, my TV doesn't even know what HD ready is. It can handle 1080i, but full HD, nop. (And I already have a hard time seeing the difference between 720p and 1080p)

  • Just like pizza, artist go off after a while. (It just takes longer)

  • Depends on the setup. On my stereo it's sometimes close, but always recognizable to me. (And yes, sometimes digital sounds more pleasing) On an average stereo, most just won't hear the difference.

The biggest factors to tell analog from digital are

    • quality of the source. (Bad recordings can sound better digital then analog or there is no difference)
    • quality and training of the ears. (Aging limits the frequencies people hear, dropping the top well below CDs max of 22.1 khz)
    • quality of the stereo. (Mostly the speakers)
    • environment noise.
  • I tend to limit myself to max €100 per expected year of use. It's just a phone to me. My Nokia 6.1 was €300 and is still working. Main requirement is the availability of an alternatuve rom for it.

  • The general population entering internet and companies trying to take over to monetize internet.

  • He doesn't care about his car, so why should he care about somebody else's property? Way to many people think like this, that's why they fail the shopping cart test.

  • Could be, the .world servers are managed by an EU team. Community mods should be global alas.

  • Nah, to much work, use curl to download a script and blindly run it...

  • I can imagine. I have all films on LaserDisc. (At least those that got released)

  • Second that. I'm glad RPis are finally supported.

  • Nah, just get rid of the junk so nobody has money. Just trade time for time (aka help each other).

  • You need to include the files in the zone file. Bind 9.18.18 is a mess with the changed DNSSEC setup, it broke my domains as well. I't isn the bind documentation, so I have to refer you there. I have no access to my setup now (or my browser history) as I'm not at my computer.

Edit: managed to get in dns.

named.conf.local: zonefile needa to be the .signed file the unsigned zone file must have both keys included, best is via absolute path:

    $INCLUDE "/etc/bind/keys/example.com.123456.key"

for both the ZSK and KSK keys. The include is to get the RRSIG entries.

  • Have a cat retching... works always here.

I'm no morning person either. I just set a timer on the radio (when I sleep trough it I'm to exhausted) and I take about 2h before leaving for work. I'm just a liability on the road when I leave without waking up slowly.

  • Yep, the pin is removed. There are tools to act as pin available. (Nails for one)

  • In the US and other countries you can lock the noozle and fill up without holding the hoze. In EU you need to hold the hoze to fill up or press a button when you need LPG. It's pretty hard to forget something when you're standing next to it. (And still some people manage to do just that)

  • Ehm, probably 2 disks bough from the same batch. They usually die together. ;)
