I would do the same as was the case with cinemas: anybody can buy any streaming content. If you produce a movie, you are forced to sell it to anybody who is willing to buy it. (Just like every cinema can have any movie which wasn't the case back then. There were specific cinema exclusives before the law forced this shit out.)
Cloudflare could be the cheapest (without cross-financing) because they advertise their pricing as they don't add any additional fees to the ICANN fees. I never actually fact checked this though.
I think it's just a matter of what are you used to.
We have monthly rent and salary here, and I cannot imagine how I would know how much money I have if I just got 1/4th of my usual pay. (Mortgage, unemployment benefits, pensions, utility bills, basically everything is monthly).
And we also don't negotiate yearly salary, nobody knows their yearly salary at all. The job listings are also for monthly.
I don't know why you would have weekly rent/pay, yearly salary listing for a job, yet monthly bills and mortgages/loans.
Yepp, usually that's the option I choose in Total War too.
