I was actually looking for a Med-Dark charcoal theme and decided to try this first. I've used it for years now.
Not for a dumb tv but I own a newer Vizio. I actually use it as a huge desktop monitor through HDMI. The actual tv itself has never been connected to the internet. You could connect a streaming stick (roku, amazon, google) if you wanted to. I stream everything from the net. Vizio has a horrible "free" streaming tv service that tracks you. But you can still use the actual tv in other ways if you don't connect it to the net. It will act as a dumb tv.
Until we have a federal privacy law that allows us to opt out of being tracked on every device, you have to "work around" the problems.

They mostly "try" food but do a few other things as well. They are very funny. I watch this for the laughs and do learn things about the foods.

No one needs an extreme diet, or kooky rules to follow. That is called failure.
It's not hard to learn that a portion is the size of your fist.
Read the ingredients on the Back of the product.
Eat more fiber and tons of vegetables.
You don't need a portion of protein at every meal throughout the day. All foods except Oil contain protein. You will not die if you don't eat a steak at all 3 meals.
Go for a walk after dinner, or lunch, or BOTH.
Have more sex with your partner to burn those calories and up your breathing.
You lose weight by breathing.
And finally, no one needs to be rail thin to be "healthy" or "beautiful". Burn the magazines and delete Insta.

Soy milk is a powerhouse of nutrition. I prefer ones that are unsweetened, or lightly sweetened and fortified to ramp it up.
