  • I am also devastated by this news. He was so young and an amazing vocalist. I was hoping I would be able to see them live one day. Really really sad.

  • Sounds good to me

  • I've migrated from obsidian to logseq and I'd like to mention that at first I was feeling very weird out by the bullet points but after seeing my spouse using it, it kind of clicked for me.

I'd start by creating an "Index" and linking the thing you want to write about there. You can then decide if you want to write it as bullet points or like checkboxes using TODO at rhe beginning.

There's no right way of taking notes, attempting to find the ideal way will just prevent you from writing them. Put the information down and then you can organize it through moving the blocks around and such.

  • We were considering switching to graphene but apparently there are lots of drama regarding the lead Dev which scared us from the idea

  • Not sure if I follow. Are we talking about the people that produce cracks to pirate stuff (ex. empress?). I am also vegetarian but one thing that I always keep in mind is: "There's no ethical consumption under capitalism". At the same time I believe people are able to influence the world for the better by doing what they believe is right (hence not eating meat, reducing carbon footprint etc).

If your question is regarding the consumption of piracy in general I'd say there are things I would never pirate (indie games) and others that I almost feel obligated to do so (hello Nintendo). I will never give the same importance if I'm hurting a company bottom line as I do to animal suffering/explotation.

At the same time, I don't care too much about validation from other people. There are many looking for ways to feel better about themselves through putting others down.

  • Last concert I went I got huge blisters on my heel and used hydrocolloidal bandages for the first time. It was really amazing how painless and quick the recovery was and I only had to change the bandages once, even after showering.

  • WTF IS THIS?

  • I think you mean low level, no?

  • Your argument can be used the same way for palestine. You are either discussing in bad faith or hasn't bothered to inform yourself well enough.

  • Really excited to play this one, however many are pointing out how the performance is lacking. I think we will wait out a bit and see if it gets improved in the next few months. The lantern mechanic seems extremely cool.

  • Imagine writting a pitch to your publisher trying to explain that you need more money (you know, to survive because we live in a society) because players feel entitled enough to demand you port your game to another engine. That's pretty much how horrible it is. The hard truth is game development is an awful industry for workers which are often expected to work for free. It is really depressing.

  • If Godot is missing a feature you need... it's open source and you're a developer. Simply add that feature to the engine.

That's... that's not as easy as you make it sound, lol.

  • It makes sense after reading the article anyways

  • It really looks like a shrimp 🦐

  • If you're a true MS hater you can't use TypeScript either. /sarcasm

If you work as developer, depending on where you work at using code editors with features like remote SSH is a must. If you are just a hobbyist even coding on Nodepad++ will do.

  • Meanwhile we have the 512gb version and put a glare protector on it 💀

  • I think it's "indefinite" not "undefined" (at least in English).

You are correct, it has been at least ten years since my calculus classes which I took in a language that isn't English.

  • I don't know, there are a lot of peculiar people in the world.
