True, but you really think firefox forks would have the resources to keep up with security updates and such? Mull for one is a fork that only changes the default privacy changes and nothing more

The medium internet user doesn't even know what git is, so I think it is very likely that a lot of people don't understand the way github works and are very upset by how "difficult" it can be to get an installer from it.
I'm curious to know more about your experiences. At home we try to only travel air canada and never had any issues. I've had so many terrible experiences with American, United and such that if I can choose air canada, I'll always do it.
$300? I've met people that buy the highest supporter pack tier every year plus the highest supporter pack from the seasons. That can add up to over $1k/year.
I think at this point I probably have more than $300 in MTX too, but I paid much more than that to FFXIV sub since 2014.
Path of Exile players pay this and more with a smile on their faces, but yeah the game is "free to play" (you can barely play the game without buying storage tabs).
