Buying there is worse for devs as this is credit card fraud to buy keys and the devs will have to do chargebacks. Devs prefer piracy over key resellers.

Cities' chatrooms would probably look like faceook city groups atm, with at least a little diversity. But rural town chatrooms would be filled with racism and propaganda, and it would be a pure echochamber.

Dont forget that to some extent, sociality can cause everyone to have higher reproductive output (e.g. easy to find mates, support during giving birth and childcare etc.). However, when sociality is established, exploiting the system can be beneficial for own reproductive benefits. However, its only beneficial as long as the cheaters are in the minority. The ability to cheat in social systems is often a consequence of wealth disparity. Cheaters are often the ultra-rich - see Musk who contributes nothing - or people who exploit the system to get social benefits without contributing (e.g., being unemployed by choice and not paying taxes in countries with high unemployment support).

Because it's evolutionarily ingrained across life that individuals with a higher quality and quantity of offspring eventually dominate populations. And people who think more of others and less of themselves are usually not very good at that.

Some wikipedia articles have been edited by science/history deniers/fascists/liars and it is difficult to determine if whats written at any point is true or edited. Thats where the statement comes from.

The thing is that since all content is federated, each government would have to ask every single instance worldwide for user data. Seems unenforceable.
