Or even attack the policies. The problem for the Trump Party is that they are a cult of personality and don't understand what policy really means.

To be fair, I'd have expected that number to be MUCH higher. According to polling he has about a 44% approval rating. Divide the ~342MM population of the USA and that means that .000058% of his fanbase have made accounts. Honestly seems a bit low. Here's to hoping that he spends the rest of his life in prison for the crimes he comitted.

This is certainly a concern, but all in all, shining a light on it is a VERY good thing.

Great points. Note: I’m not arguing against it as a concept. I’m just skeptical that it’ll happen, and even if it did, there wouldn’t likely be terrible consequences for the accused, especially as that’s what science is… new facts change the outcome vs choosing an outcome and matching facts to it.

Actually the low cost part of this was that they weren't upgraded cells. Just tested-good cells from other battery packs. Most of the time it's just a couple cells in the bigger battery that have issues, and they take those out of the pool and make a good amount of $$$ because we were required to send back all of our cells. Assuming that of the 26 (iirc) cells that 3 or 4 were bad that's a big profit margin for sure. The car worked great after swapping them out.

I replaced the main battery in a Gen1 Prius. Fiddly. Had to get a strong buddy to help lift it in and out of the car, but we did it in a long weekend. A full set of 'used but tested' cells cost something like $750 but that was probably 8 years ago.

If it’s even possible. I’ve personally swapped the main battery pack on a Gen 1 Prius. Not easy, but more tedious than technical. Lifting the assembled unit was a hell of a chore but a coulple strapping dudes managed it. Reconditioned cells are available in a lot of places. I’ve had a Nissan Leaf and would get another one, but even finding a battery, let alone any info on swapping it was pretty much impossible.

I’d REALLY like to know what percentage of those were mail in or early voting. I’m sure that some will switch to Trump and the polls in the places that matter still have him winning by a good margin. Get out and vote!
