  • Seriously, once you’ve got a dictator, your political opinions don’t matter. This is what I keep trying to explain to the communists on this site, but they can’t get past their corruption-free utopian delusions to recognize that China, Cuba, Laos, and every other country that has gone full communist has succumbed to corruption in all the ways they claim a NEW communist country wouldn’t. Capitalism may not be the answer, but Communism certainly isn’t, as demonstrated by history.

  • Terrible headline. Makes it sound like Biden is chickening out of something in New Hampshire when the reality is that a Republican campaign to cast him as unable to win the state failed. So he's "set to avoid" it, because the smear campaign failed.

    Post less godawful clickbait, please.

  • Older people (omitting any triggering mention of boomers) can often struggle to keep their opinions and thinking relevant as they can become less receptive to new information.

It's got nothing to do with age or receptivity to new information. Vaccines aren't new. This isn't an instance of an old person not understanding something that came about "past their time." Furthermore, there are plenty of younger people who are on the anti-vax bandwagon, so I'm not sure what your obsession with age is.

I don't think I've misunderstood you at all; I just think your opinion is wrong, bigoted, and ignorant.

  • The epitome of a lazy, entitled boomer.

Right, because that kind of intellectual arrogance is definitely a generational trait that us Millennials and Zoomers don't ever need to worry about.

So much generational bullshit that people buy into these days. What garbage.

  • What I meant is that this incident didn’t really happen because of some sort of systemic gun control problem. Everyone was being responsible with regards to gun control, it’s just that some kids made a dumb decision and some parents weren’t around to intervene. It doesn’t matter how robust your gun control laws are; there will always be some tragedies. I’m all for stricter gun control laws in the U.S., but that’s not going to result in zero gun fatalities. I sin ppl y honk it’s worthwhile to accept it when shit happens despite everyone doing reasonable things to prevent it and not blaming every gun death on gun laws.
