No shade to OP, but it isnt a lobster roll. But I would try it, got to try new things and all.

From New England and grew up in a seafood restaurant and thats not a lobster roll. That aside it looks great and I'm all for trying new things! Glad you enjoyed it!

Looks like you got a "chicken" (1 to 2 pounds) they are the best! I would rather let the old boys keep up the population than eat them. Tough and I grew up in a New England seafood restaurant. We refused to carry anything bigger.

Interesting, I have only had cucumber kimchi (or there version of it) in southern china. It was good and a place that had never had an American dine in. Lovely people at that restaurant!
