  • It is great to see the US apply some sort of protection laws that actually matter. I would have liked to have seen this applied as a minimum wage across the board not just large companies. I get the feeling that companies will downsize just to avoid the law.

This quote is bloody awful to me. It is like an exert from a dickens novel.

Ingrid Vilorio, a fast-food worker at a Jack In The Box in the San Francisco Bay Area, said the increase in salary next year will bring some relief to her family, who until recently was sharing a house with two other families to afford rent.

  • We all have our opinions. I don't have any evidence one way or another. I do have an idea of the consequences though, considering the Tory media love to latch onto anything that denigrates Labour and their system of internal governance.

  • You can have credible evidence about something that is inadmissible in a court of law, or even from a secure source that they do not want to reveal. So yes, MI5 can make claims without having to be held to account for them. I personally am more than happy about that.

  • I find this laughable. The government that was caught using Whatsapp for dodgy procurement dealings want to tighten encryption laws so the rest of us cannot hide anything.

  • I kind of agree. The language used is ambiguous to say the least.

  • Maybe if Russia/Stalin had not decided to annex half of Europe there would not have been a cold war. These people decided to sleep with the Russians. The enemy of your enemy is your friend.

  • I didn't even know this was an option. Thank you very much.

  • Pretty stupid, since Trump did exactly the same thing.

  • Read the article you blithering idiot. He is just another Conservative who screwed you over.

  • The EU has said it welcomes Ukraine's efforts to fight corruption. Can you find a link that actively states it is a requirement?

  • Thank you very much. No real questions regarding his honesty at all?

Do you agree with the statement that the president carries a straight line responsibility for corruption in the government, military administrations?

This does not say he is responsible for the corruption, as in taking part. It only states that the buck stops with him and him alone. As I said context is everything.

  • Always follow the money trail. The company who completed the poll has some credibility behind it. It also produces a full financial statement. None of which shows the company is led by bad influences. It even gained 20% of its funding from the British Embassy at one point.

I cannot read the questions asked. They are shown in pictorial format and my translate programme cannot handle that. How you ask the question has a huge sway over the answers given. But since the company has the appearance of due diligence, I would see this as something that the Ukraine government should be looking at as a problem. You never fix a problem if you do not recognise it as such.

  • Someone has actually closed that baggage door knowing that there was not a single suitcase in there.

  • I agree with this. Even more so if you add in that we need to make education cheaper for the younger generations. If you are not investing in the future, then you can really expect to have one.
