Trump has just had his business licenses revoked for the whole of the NY state. That justifies the term devastating. He has 10 days to put all of his businesses into the hands of Receivers. Considering how much business Trump has done in NY, this is not small fry.

So his first amendment right is to call for the murder of the top military, disparage election processes and their employees, intimidate witnesses that are part of an investigation against him as well as the judiciaries in charge of that process. But no one in anyway shape or form are allowed to call him out on this.

I don't believe all Tories are shithouses like Braverman, but their inaction is pretty damning.
