My local union is working six 10 hour days and then bragging how well they are taken care of. That's not out of the norm either.

The major hang up I have is gaming. I have an Nvidia card and it's never behaved well with Linux. I also like GTAO but I will no longer be able to play it. Most of my other titles work fine.

I make my company 100-200k a month. I make around 4k a month. No performance bonus, nothing.

I'll put my two cents in. I never bought the game because of the invasive anti cheat. I was still tempted until they required PlayStation account linking.

I didn't get it initially because it looked very repetitive and cheesy (in a bad way). Some of my friends played it which made me look into it and by the time I may have gave in and tried it they introduced account linking and I full noped out of it.

I'm an electrician, a lot of people assume electricians are lighting specialist. We are not.

I have lighting vendors calculate photometrics for commercial jobs and I do what is common sense for residential.

The engine is antiquated.

I have an idea, happier people are more productive. More production means less operating hours. Less operating hours = less cost.
