  • Eh, unlike some of the other pretty blatantly frivolous lawsuits we’ve seen lately (such as the google chrome cast one) this seems pretty legit. They had a globally recognized company called threads that worked in the software industry and meta had made multiple offers for their IP showing they knew about them and still went ahead. Seems clear cut and Meta will likely have to change the name.

  • No, return dislike used their own algorithm based off whether users of return disliked it and then compared that to the total views of the video to give a rough idea of the total number. YouTube gave them jack shit

  • I thinks it’s because republicans are the only ones who actually about this impeachment. Any sensible person knows this is utterly pointless and isn’t going to do anything besides waste republican time.

  • I mean, people should get payed more, but what do you expect a single (relatively) small grocery chain to do? Also this is more about protecting staff as they have to be the ones to turn them on when an incident occurs rather than an always-on thing
