I was used to both top and bottom nav/toolbars disappearing when scrolling while using Infinity for Reddit. Now I'd like to see this feature in Connect for Lemmy.

Is there a download available yet for others to try?

Connect is a good one. It's available for download on Google Play.

I'm using list view as well.

I do have the problem using Gboard

We shouldn't have to adjust the system font size for better viewing on 1 app.

If this big issue could be fixed, I could see myself using this as my main app!

I messed around with a few more settings, and when I turned off edge-edge display the problem went away.

I do prefer thumbnails to the right. The problem is the 3-dots more/side panel becomes inoperable in some posts because the thumbnail overlaps it. See screenshot. Can the thumbnail position/size be adjusted so it doesn't overlap the right side of the post menu?

Edit: Issue fixed by turning off edge to edge display setting

I do have Show Read Posts checked. The problem is posts don't how up as read until you refresh the page, or if you've voted. What I would also like to see is a post shown as read as soon as you hit the back button and go back to the main post list. This is how WefWef (now Voyager), Thunder and Artemis do it.
