Romani people are Indo-Aryan, more closely related to modern day Indian people than Europeans. They typically have darker skin than Europeans as well. It's not really an American concept either; I've generally seen a lot more anti-Romani sentiment in Europe than the US.
States legislators are the ones who choose electors to send to the Congress for the official vote. Technically, they can do whatever they want and ignore the votes of the people. You would need a constitutional amendment to chang be the way voting works and have the federal government control voting and elector selection requirements.
Bananas aren't that good of a source of potassium considering how much sugar they also contain. A kiwi has more potassium but also a ton of vitamin c, fiber, and enzymes that improve digestion of proteins. If you want a lot of potassium, a medium potato has twice as much potassium as a banana for a similar amount of calories, but from starch instead of sugar.
They also contain a lot of sugar. Sugar improves water intake for rehydration, but that's not ideal if you're drinking it often. I'd recommend Nuun tablets instead, which only have 1 gram of sugar.

Not sure how much longer I'll be using the 5950x tbh. We've reached a point where the mobile processors have faster multicore (for the AI 370) than the 5950X without gulping down boatloads of power.
