She must hold them in contempt or else she's effectively letting the Constitution burn. I don't care that judges don't like ruling against the government. When the government is deliberately committing illegal acts you have to uphold your oath.

It was very clear that the DNC conspired against Bernie to manipulate the primaries and coordinate a narrative through corporate media that downplayed his success and elevated Clinton.

The money from federal grants mostly goes towards vulnerable student populations like special education, English learners, and poverty. So the most vulnerable students will probably feel these cuts the most, unless states step up to address the gaps.

The courts can check his orders when someone sues, but they don't charge him with crimes. I guess it could be possible for a blue state to arrest him when he commits a heinous crime within its borders, but I won't hold my breath
