  • I suppose I should ask work if they can switch to unleaded solder, then?

  • My immediate thought was to have a more jazzed up character portrait for D&D.

I am not a clever man.

  • Still a state court, which doesn’t give me hope that this issue might be resolved. If it goes higher, I’m still of the opinion that it won’t. Why is it so hard for people to understand that this issue is between a woman and her doctor?

  • If you use the truck as a truck, it’s fine. I’ve got a cousin that has a giant truck… to haul his camping trailer that fits him, his wife, and their FIVE kids. The daily driver is a hybrid SUV, again, for five kids.

My wife and I, just the two of us, have a little Ford Fiesta. It’s perfect for us, and honestly we could deal with something smaller if we had the money for it, but the Fiesta was the right price at the right time.

  • Until we get a wealth tax, nothing will change. And even then, all the rich folks will just move out of the country.

  • Oh believe me, I’m well aware. I’m very lucky to have found something I love.

  • What, are you just gonna not have insurance? Something could go wrong! You don’t wanna go bankrupt because of a health problem, do you? Also, we can’t guarantee you won’t still go bankrupt with our insurance, but you won’t have to pay for basic drugs! Maybe…

  • I have no problem with anyone or anything coming here from California. The more the merrier! What I have a problem with is Elon.

  • Got a job that doesn’t suck and has allowed me to grow as a person. I do wish it’d pay more, but I no longer dread life and actually get excited to go in to the office.

  • Years ago I got one of those iRig guitar input jacks for my iPhone. Having a wealth of tones and a basic DAW available to me for the first time really did a lot to help me expand my playing ability.

  • Meanwhile, the American people are being left out in the cold. I know which I prefer.

  • Seriously. Cutting the meat off the bone is processing. Letting something dry is processing. The simple act of tossing something in the fridge is processing. We need some official designations here, and precisely what each processing method does and how it affects us once ingested.

  • My wife and I are making more money than we ever have in the past. However, before that I was unemployed and was forced to find some way to keep being able to buy groceries, gas for the car, and helping my wife pay bills. As such, the only way I saw to do so was to take out a credit card or two, and they quickly got maxed out. So now I’m stuck paying $700/month in credit card bills, as well as dealing with the increasing food and rent prices. Our bills take a larger percentage of our total wages than before. And sure, part of that’s my own fault, but at the time it was do what I did or starve and get evicted. I wasn’t about to let that happen to my wife.

We’re still able to survive, but it’s by the skin of our teeth.

  • I’d float around in the water as my body would now resemble a boat.

  • I’m really excited to start working with the engineers at work to learn how to rework the broken boards that go in the products we produce. I don’t know much about electronics and I’ve certainly never been to college, but I’ve apparently displayed an aptitude for understanding stuff so they wanna work with me to get the ball rolling. They’ve been able to convince management that my bench in the RMA department needs all the equipment a rework station should have. It’s all super exciting and I can’t wait to start.

  • Personally, I’m not buying and not paying. Because I have no money after spending it all on rent and food.
