Error 127 is "command not found".

Here, at the end of the reply, the solution was to rename the postinst-file of the package and go on with apt update and dpkg --configure -a.

If you look closely on the upper picture in this reply, you can see, that there is only a 6-pin connector, the 2 extra soldering points are unused.

They recently managed to complete porting to QT5 framework. Thus it is still missing in distributions that do no longer ship QT4, like e.g. Debian 11+.

I've sometimes encountered error 1 when the extraction failed because the downloaded deb-archive was corrupted. Deleting the corresponding deb-file in /var/cache/apt helped in my case.

Skimming though the LibreOffice 24.2 release notes, this was the first thing I've encountered:

As it is nice opening a document and having the line breaks and figures at the intended places, it can be concluded that there is noticeably development going on for compatibility between LO Writer and MS Word.

This has never mattered. Most people just switch or buy next Windows version.

Exactly. The Debian team is quite conservative in fixing non-critical bugs in the stable branch, as it may introduce new bugs.

If one wants more up-to-date software, the testing branch is a valid choice or Siduction, if one is brave enough.
