I didn't know about birdtray. I don't know how but Gnome Calendar (Flatpak) + Evolution seems to be giving me background notifications for now. I looked at Birdtray it was 700mbs or something, I don't see the point of Flatpaks being that huge. I mean, I need to buy a new laptop if I need to run all flatpak. Anyways, thank you!
As for superconductivity, the only way around that problem is to download from source, compile it and let it run natively on your system in the background, or add it to you auto startup list so it is running at boot time.

I like that concept of snaps and appimages, but they should only develop apps which don't require background notifs like idk Obsidian.md or some note taking app or file managers and stuff! Not a productivity app!
You will never find a satisfying answer to this question because there isn’t one and social relationships are not transactional. Acknowledgements are nice, upvotes or comments but no one really expects replies.
I am not judging anyone who uses Edge here, I can understnad the appeal of it. I just am sad that Linux doesn't have Microsoft like feature that there isn't a great alternative for Google + Bard, Microsoft GPT.

I hate Microsoft but I have to agree it has some really nice products. Personally for me, I just don't like edge because it's somewhat bloat. I live in India and people won't speak straight ffs. If I had asked a woman I doubt if they would have even said a word about her being raped, they would have made up some vague shit. I doubt even if the woman would have said what happened to her, but she has my sympathy and I won't expect her to open up about it to a random stranger. Heck, I would not if I was in her place. Thus clear actions can't be taken when you are afraid of words or speaking about it.
