Not necessarily, but also government spends an inordinate amount of money on extra processes and moves much slower, which could naturally lead to fewer accidents because they're just doing less, and also the government outsources quite a lot of labor which could include the more accident-prone aspects

It's greedy when it goes from "please tip I need money to make a living wage" to "don't get rid of tipping, I make 80k a year from it." Just get paid normally like the rest of us. Forced tipping is a scam.

You're either intentionally being obtuse or are just plain stupid. Customers SHOULDNT be in a position of being forced to tip or be ashamed for normal acitivitues. Absolutely required tipping should not be a thing. It should be optional. It doesn't matter what the current culture is, because that's not the conversation. That's the point.

WebP is also great for doing animations with transparency on mobile. Transparent video is barely supported and gif is terrible. WebP is really the only option

You aren't just reading it. You're writing an entire-ass paper on the subject which would require actually understanding where the article is coming from in order to further extrapolate its opinion, otherwise you'd just be rewriting the article in its entirety which doesn't seem to be the goal of the assignment.

Oh sure, obviously people like cars, but in the cities we'd park and switch from car to rail because it's significantly faster. I also stayed in the city for a couple of weeks and didn't need a car at all.

Compare that to the US where you need a car or you die, even in the city, and it's not even a contest.
