  • Gnosia seems right up my alley, thank you!

I played Life is Strange as the episodes were coming out, the ending hit me worse than any game has. I believe I remember that segment, the cockroach and the jukebox? I love that game.

  • They are both on Steam! Funnily enough I was debating on adding Evoland 2 to my post as it kind of counts but also doesn't. But the ending of that game hit me hard. Loved the story and how the graphics changed, a very unique game.

  • My partner and I played through Divinity Original Sin 2 many times with co-op, and now we are playing through BG3 and we are having the time of our lives. It's really really good. It's like co-op in DoS2 but I'd say it's even better.

Just make sure you recruit someone and they recruit someone to your party (just like in DoS2) so you both get to control another character. But it's really easy to switch out party members if they are in your camp.

  • Alternate article link

He has 15 million subs on youtube (his last video to reach 1 million views was 4 months ago). He made an AI that cloned his voice (it's not 100% accurate) and makes an AI vtuber-like cartoon webcam of himself? It's very bad. Using the Return Youtube Dislike plugin, the video has 1.5k likes and 13k dislikes.

He says he has a waitlist of 500 influencer friends that want to try this AI of his, but he's not giving them access "until the cost of creating new videos drops to an economical level".

  • the experience on mastodon / micro blogging platforms is very different from lemmy which is more of a forum / link aggregator. I get that the fediverse can be tricky to understand but I think for the best user experience it might be better to have a microblogging account for all those instances, and a forum account for lemmy / kbin. I think there's features that some platforms have and others don't? and the interface is very different.

although kbin is different as it supports both, and hashtags.

    1. downvotes can be disabled by admins of the instance for the entire instance, so it's optional and up to them. is there a karma system with lemmy (like showing how much total karma you have on your profile)? I know kbin has that
    2. user level instance blocking would be nice to have!
  • a really simple ground meat and noodle casserole, my go to when I don't want to spend much effort cooking. Good for about 3-4 servings.

    • 2 packages of kraft dinner (or macaroni noodles). Boil these in a pot until they are done. Strain the water, add these to a large bowl.
    • 1 pound of ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey all work). Season the meat as it cooks, I usually add salt, ground pepper, paprika, rosemary, a splash of vinegar or Worcestershire sauce. Cook this in a pan on low-medium heat with some oil until it's done. Then add to the bowl.
    • grated cheese (or you can make a cheese roux). Add to the bowl as well.
    • whatever else you'd like!
    • mix everything and serve

For vegetables, I have something quick like cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, or something frozen like peas or corn that's easy to heat up in the microwave.
