So, yeah, you're gonna need more than a bucket and a bottle of bleach.
Also, battlefield hospitals are generally well supplied. They might miss a shipment or two, but generally most will arrive. I mean, you have issues when a literal city is being besieged, but otherwise? They'll be fine. Can't really run an army without shit to patch up the inevitable bullet holes. Plus the patients need food and water too. All shit that ensures the mitary keeps their field hospitals as well supplied as they can.
I mean, there's the potential for them to have made money (interest on preorders, investments from outside parties etc), but not like they would've if they took the money and ran.
I just skimmed through one of their videos. Looks like it was made with a budget of 50c, and some sort of direction wouldn't hurt, but it seems perfectly innocent. Just an interview as they make some food (vegan, for what that's worth). Didn't even notice any swearing. Sure, they talk sex, but not in graphic detail or anything. Nah, more dangerous. People rarely die of spider bite down here in Australia. Been like 8 deaths to the world's most deadly spider over recorded history. Sure, that number is probably artificially low cos back in the old days some bites would've just been written off as a heart attack etc, but it's still surprisingly low compared to say deaths by cow etc.
