  • No, it's because opioids aren't 100% effective at a painless death either. At this stage, no death we know of is truly "painless". Well, that we can prove anyway. They've had patients hooked to brain monitors when they've died in their sleep, the brain goes through severe stress at the moment of death. Drowning is meant to be okay, but for obvious reasons, we can't prove that.

  • Nope. Only on the grey market. To be fair, most grey market sellers if it do have a fairly robust refund set up cos Australian law dictates they must. But some of them will make you feel like you're trying to get blood from a stone if something goes wrong...

  • Don't stop taking it. Yes, you are having adverse side effects, but some meds are real hard to go cold turkey with them. It sucks, but stick with it until you can see your GP (gonna agree with everyone here saying see your GP instead of waiting for a psych, your gp may not be an expert in this field, but they're gonna be able to at least get you through this til you can see a psychiatrist etc).

  • H. pylori causes stomach ulcers. The people who found the connection won a Nobel prize for it. Also, I don't know what the person who suggested you get tested for it is on, you don't need a fecal sample to get tested - you just drink a liquid, wait a short while, then blow in a bag. As for the lack of action, you're in the early stages of seeing a physician, they aren't going to let the horses go at full gallop unless you're on deaths door. Until then, baby steps. Which sucks, I've been there. But it is what it is, and you've got to suck it up for now.

  • I'm old. There used to be a number of "how many do you do?" campaigns with cricketers, soccer players etc for Weet bix. And yeah, nutri grain has been sponsoring that tournament since the 80s. It's basically trash though, when it comes to nutrition. Rice bubbles and corn flakes are also fine enough sugar wise, both are below 10%. Not much else going for them though as they are both low in fibre.

  • The poms have a version of Weet bix, too. Weet bix have to be commended for their marketing though, I still remember all the ads I'd see growing up if sports stars espousingvthe benefits of em. And they pump a lot of money into kids sport (do they still have the kids try-athlon series?) Kinda crazy given how marketing around food is these days.
