My wife and I hosted Christmas this year. Least drama Christmas ever due to excluding a certain someone. Also, wife wanted to do a prime rib, first prime rib she tried and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Perfectly seasoned, and so perfectly cooked that most people were cutting it with the side of their forks. Also, she did a couple amazing raspberry cheesecakes.

Mmmm....oooh........sorry, your tax bracket doesn't cover that I'm afraid.

What if it's a duo / group and they intentionally got someone caught who will have a rock solid alibi after letting investigators waste days on him, but also getting other bits and pieces of message out the entire time?

Two questions:

1. Is this a typical amount of effort to solve a single victim shooting in NYC?
2. Is the dude just trolling everyone now? I feel like the Monopoly money is some sort of statement.

Prerty good, I just got to update my EV preorder with color choice and drivetrain options. The top trim level is at the price the initial announcement I pre-ordered at said! They added less expensive options instead of pulling shenanigans with the advetised price being the most basic base model possible with no range and all the incentives ever stacked on top.

Dear God...

For some crazy reason it took 3 days to perform a successful password change on my home WiFi network. Most of that time was spent trying to figure out why the hell Blink wouldn't jump to the new network. Turns out Blink doesn't like numbers in the SSID based on my fix.

Got a part change request from the mold maker that looked really simple until I remembered how I built the part in CAD. Thought it would take days to fix. Change one number in the very first feature in the tree, redefine the only plane that broke, and somehow it just works^TM. It was like 10 minutes worth of work. It will probably take me twice that time to show the product manager to get him to sign off on the visual change it causes. And I probably have 15 minutes of fixing drawings.
