It wouldn't be able to function as an electric car at all without a battery. Think of the battery as the EV version of the gas tank. It has to have somewhere to store its energy.

The amount of people who can't realize this is satire from the (Let's hop into a 5 min call) alone is insane. Like bruh I'm literally autistic and have trouble with telling when things are a joke and even I realized.

Or....you could actually try taking interest in what your partner likes. My girlfriend and I have shared many things with each other that the other hadn't engaged in before. And wow turns out we both like a lot of those things. Sure not everything is a hit, but at least try.

Maybe try messaging your representatives? Probably won't go anywhere, but you never know.
