So vote, and organize anarchist enclaves, or socialist groups, or justice NGO's. Sink or swim.

There's a disconnect here: you assume that merit is based upon actions... and it is, for the egalitarian outlook.

An authoritarian outlook assumes merit based on status. As in, 'if you have status it is due to your intrinsic worth'. Rich people deserve it... because they are rich. It makes my eyes cross and is gut-wrenchingly frustrating, but about 25% of humans lean this way it seems.

I built a couple of bespoke CRMs in the early 00's and built this option in by using a separate table for companies and individuals, then associating them, which made add/remove with a button trivial.

I look at current SaaS CRM's and shake my head; we’ve gone backwards.

I can't recall the study right now, but there have been more than one, so it shouldn't be too hard to look this up: people typically get more liberal as they age, but society becomes even more progressive than that, so they fall behind and feel like they are becoming more conservative.

This does not include the regressive types who are trying to create Gilead, however.

I can clarify. I am pretty sure it was mentioned to position her outlook in a similar spot on the overton window as the conventional mainstream liberal representatives, so that it is clear that she's aligned with other socially liberal and fiscally colonial oligarchs.
