We have the reverse. My boyfriend can clean the whole apartment and still leave it looking messy, whereas I only clean when absolutely necessary, but will keep stuff tidy.
With my parents, I see that they try to be equal in the work, but my dad rarely comes up with stuff to do on his own, so my mom always has to ask for every chore. He came from a "traditional roles" family, so probably suffering the after effects from that.
I used to feel bad about reaching milestones and "succeeding at life" because I was mourning a friend who could not reach those milestones with me. Therapy helped a lot.
It might be hard for them to find someone who is both fluent in english AND knows the field well enough to know vegetative electron microscopy is not a thing. Most universities have one general translation help service and science has a lot of field-specific weird terms.
Mama doctor jones does a react series on those on youtube. I have been bingewatching those episodes and am now properly scared of randomly popping out a child on my way to the grocery store.
Again, I'm happy that worked for you but it is not true for everyone and no claim like "sugar bad, fat good" is ever going to help everyone get more healthy. I myself lost weight by increasing fiber and protein (so many lentils and beans) and decreasing unhealthy snacks. But take my pasta and bread and I will feel unhappy and unmotivated and not move a muscle all day.
This has lots of potatoes that are high in carbs, so I don't think it's keto. Also, everything is healthy in moderation (except stuff like smoking, alcohol) and unhealthy if you eat to much and the keto diet is definitely not for everyone, so be careful making those generalized claims.
I remember having to dissect a bunch of creatures in science class and everything was okay for me, including the pig brain (although skull was already halved for that one). But we had to do a grasshopper and the cute little face just looked at us and we couldn't do it.
As a european, I follow the us shitshow partly because it influences our politics and lives and partly because I feel sympathy for all the people suffering because of it. Mostly however, I follow it because it is ~70% of the content on lemmy. If I had tiktok I would have liked the speech there.
I have no doubt that you can find a lovely woman who is attracted to you. I used to be a girl fawning over a guy calling him cute and we've been together for ten years now. Maybe it is helpful to drop some hints that you are looking for a (hetero) relationship, like invite your girlfriends to help you swipe on tinder/bumble, let them know what you are looking for.
About six days while hiking a part of the appalachian trail and camping.
