  • The wording was bad, no doubt. I had to read it several times to make sense of the headline.

  • Yes.

  • Welcome to the age where you own nothing! If it's digital and not accessible offline, on your own device, you can lose it on a company's whim. This is one of the major arguments for piracy: it's often the only way you can "own" digital content.

  • That is simply not true, or women would compete alongside men. In many, if not most cases, there is not a "men's" sports division. It's "women" (or some other category) and "open".

You've got to be a troll...

  • I avoided COVID for 3 years and have had it twice since July.

  • Lower your standards?

  • Is it at least a sacrifice in the manner of Far Cry 3?

  • Can we just get some real public transportation options in the USA? I've visited Washington D.C., Boston, and New York City recently, and I'm in love with the subway (etc). Where I live would still require a car, but afaik, none of the major cities around me have anything more than a lackluster bus system.

  • This is amazing.

  • Well when you put it like that...

  • My anxiety ridden ass loves Amazon. My house is in a private enough area that I've never had a package stolen, but I live near a distribution center, so I can often get same-day delivery.

  • Surgeries certainly exist. I've definitely read about porn stars doing surgeries, though I believe those were primarily for sustained erections and girth control, rather than length.

  • I use denim. My jeans get my glasses cleaner than anything else I've tried. I'm sure it's not as good for them as a microfiber cloth, but it's what I have on me. My wife has me clean hers, too.

  • They do that in the US, too.

  • It's sad that my reaction was "thank God", but as long as these politicians outlive their welcome in office, that's going to be the case.

  • I was COVID-free until the end of July. I've now had it twice.
