Like most things Biden, the truth is complicated and not on his side. His camp made many allusions to being one term in 2020, and he made various comments suggesting that news reports of one term had veracity. Now in the same fashion the establishment says he won the primary as the choice of the people (while they blocked supporting anyone else, look up the results where uncommitted aka not Biden ranked higher than his “opponents”), his defenders say he never explicitly said it as a definite so it can’t be criticized, and the myriad of News Articles saying one term from 2020 shouldn’t have been trusted.

Oh don’t forget he believes inflation is made up, but then you see shit like this while looking at all the price increases https://x.com/interneth0f/status/1810667768917660141 And this just plays into the Anti-Biden ads I see on the road. Most of them just basically show clips of Biden saying the economy is great and inflation isn’t real, and asks the viewer do you look at your bills under Biden and think he is just lying to you or is he suffering from dementia?

I am actually a Chase Oliver (Site) supporter. That Trump and Biden made sure to exclude him from all debate, despite him going to be on the ballot in all 50 states show Dems and Repubs are being as shitty as possible. Oliver is better by any comparison, and isn’t 8 decades old, but you know these folks rather talk about RFK’s brain worms even though its he is only currently eligible to run in 18 states.

Guy ran essentially unopposed with the media on his side and the big story was how many people literally refused to vote / voted uncommitted rather than vote for him. I don’t understand how people are so tone deaf, Trump literally went to the South Bronx after a court appearance and had the park packed while a Biden Rally down the block was a ghost town. Biden literally squandered the Fuck Trump vote which is honestly the only reason he got elected after failing in his previous five runs at presidency, now he's got his seat and only god almighty would convince him to step down.

Don’t forget thats how we got Joe in the first place, lost all the first dem primaries in 2020, while the media kept saying don’t count him out because reasons, while literally hiding wins by Bernie and other dems. Biden deserves this loss, he literally said only God would take him out this race, but you know democracy is threatened! Harris is even more unlikeable, Ive had numerous people ask me why an Indian girl raised in India and Canda whose crown achievement is locking up marijuana users is doing a BET advert talking about shes out in these streets. It feels like beyond pandering.

Can’t speak to other countries but that generally offends American Courts, it comes off as retaliatory for exercising your American rights and has been struck down numerous times in various venues. One of the most scared rights in America is to be heard and reheard in front of a court of competent jurisdiction, we all have our day in court.

Generally in the United States you have an opportunity to cross-examine all evidence, these cameras are not calibrated regularly and generally not kept up (arguably they are so low budget they need no upkeep), so they become un-admissable when you challenge them, which many people win because the camera was last calibrated and cleaned when it was installed.

Among the search parameters available, include IP address, social media profiles, and phone numbers, so it is definitely possible to unmask someone online, but their bread and butter is credit information which now a days includes everything about you (ever wonder how they make security questions to verify you off “public records”?)
