Pilates and some swimming last night, followed by an awful nightβs sleep, has got me feeling less than desirable today. Everywhere feels tired and sore. I wasnβt in the best frame of mind during pilates, so I didnβt even attempt some of the moves (plus itβs only my second week!)
Trying to keep a positive, energetic mindset! Itβs FRIDAY!
