What are you lovely people looking forward to at the moment? I'm looking forward to my holiday at the end of next month! Anyone else got a holiday booked or a fun dinner planned or even just a day in general they're looking forward to?
He's very open about a lot of things, which I really appreciate it. While he's not at all blind to the issues, he's happy to stay on the ride, so to speak.
Just told my manager that I'm unhappy in my role and will be looking for another job. He took it well, said he's happy to be a reference for me and willing to work on a good timeline with me. Really appreciate that. I'm sure HR will have other feelings, but I understand that!
Slept terribly last night because a work thought popped into my brain at 11pm and I spent the rest of the night stressing, despite reminding myself that in that moment, there was nothing I could do to change the outcome.
Had boyo's family over for some wine and cheese, so busted out a fantastic board of assorted goodies and some delicious wine. Now settled in for some more wine, gaming, kdramas and whatever else takes our fancy!
