A lot of people, sometimes rightfully so, are extremely touchy in regards to Israel/ Palestine issue, and are willing to ignore absolutely everything else about a person to hate on that. A lot of what I've personally seen about Fetterman, though not all of it, has pretty much just boiled down to being angry about his views on that issue, and using that alone.
