I talk to them weekly at worst- I play dnd with them every Sunday, but we play online.

Actually physically seeing them in person? Maybe once a month.

A family friend was sent to the hospital because, when at a church yard sale, he left his can of Sprite unattended and a bee got into it. When he picked it back up and drank from it he drank the bee, too, and it stung him in the throat.

So it's probably not a common issue but I can confirm it's happened at least once. I'm American, we don't really have the spider problem in the same way. Thank god, I hate spiders.

You can absolutely use a TV, even for FPS games. If the response time is terrible it might impact FPS games, but every other genre should be fine even if the input lag is significant.

I used a TV myself for 2-3 years at one point. I was playing Destiny 2, an FPS game, when it finally died on me lol.

Non-credible defense is pretty much just NATO- aligned defense/military memes. I could absolutely see some finding it offensive if the Russian/Chinese/Non-NATO military being competent and having good hardware is important to them.

But yeah, your edit was my point- I didn't see anyone talking about who we're federated with. Most of the people that voted no just didn't want to federate with anyone.

Seems like most of them either don't like that we have an anti-lemmygrad community (which, honestly, TIL), or they don't like that we have a noncredibledefense community.

Basically we have a couple anti-communist communities.

That's the only reasons I saw in that thread that were actually related to our instance.

It's a fireball.. that has a big AoE. So if it's a roughly hand sized sphere but it deals damage in a big sphere.. logically it has to explode, right?

Beyond that it's got the word "explosion" in the spell description, at least on dnd beyond.

They have absolutely no way to confirm your password is accurate unless it's accurate.

It's not being removed because it was down voted. It's being removed because it broke the rules. Reports can serve the exact same function if you disable down votes. Heck, they would probably work better at getting mod attention.

That's got nothing to do with automatic removal based on down voting. Think about how easily that could be abused? And with honestly no options aside from flatly leaving the platform. If you have an issue with a moderator, or the rules of a community you can simply find different community or even instance.

I can also do that! Absolutely nothing is as good as waking up in the middle of a dream and slipping right back into it except with the ability to direct it somewhat.
