  • As a democrat who still voted for Harris, i think it was the fact that Biden promised to be a 1 ter president, but the DNC didn't want to run another primary because that would show how unpopular the neolibs in control of the party are, and they risk losing control of the party.

  • They would end up both being a problem around 10bil population. But that's based on our current level of technology, we could probably have at least a few bil more from the soon to come advancements in indoor vertical farming.

    But yeah we should still acknowledge there's a cap to what the resources on earth could support.

  • The funny thing is at any point the US government can ban the collection of personal user data. It could just be illegal for any company to do this in the US.

  • Strange that they targeted Palworld but not any of the other monster collector games that came out in the last 10 yesrs that weren't nearly as successful.

    They don't need the money, but them wanting other developers money is what makes them do these petty lawsuits. And if they really wanted the money then they could have just made the pokemon game that Palworld ended up filling the niche for.

    But they're lazy and greedy instead of a fun games company so they choose to hire lawyers to suppress real competitors
