I think you vastly overestimate the cost of doing such a thing, a lot of nerds could afford to inundate us with AI slop, not just reddit.

At the same time, I think you're also vastly underestimating the amount of complete jerkoffs on the internet and how much spare time they have to be jerkoffs.

This guy Andrew Struthers made cool stuff back in the day, too bad he became a COVID-denying anti-trans bigot. He made his mark with Spiders On Drugs and then used the money he made to make a feature film. Americanface, the resulting film, is one of my favorite films. It really sucks that he became such a dickbag.
