  • i mean, that basically could be boiled down to

"people that cant support children are more likely to chose not to have them, leading to fewer impoverished children, teens, and young adults", and when phrased that way, i think noone would be surprised.

  • Yea, i do think it will help, primarily with battery charging.

Right now, in order to protect the battery, the phone will request 9v, then step it down as the battery charges, and send a reduced voltage to the battery, so over time the battery might see 9v.... 8.95vm 8.9v, 8.85v....

This allows the step down to happen at the charger, instead of in the phone, increasing efficiency, and reducing heat in the phone.

  • Thanks for introducing me to that poem. Really drives home how you can make child labour sound positive, while driving home biting critisim "dont worry, you and your friends will soon be dead after a brutal short life, but HEAVEN!!!"

  • Good god, you are a dense one, aren't you.

Since you can't be bothered to scroll back to the start of the conversation, I did it for you, where you said Canadian healthcare is not socialized.

Also, thank you for ignoring all the examples of how the UKs healthcare is socialized, weather you want to admit to basic reality or not.

  • For me it's simply EGS paying developers to lock games only their store.

If they were just competing, trying to deliver a better product I would massively support them, similar to how I support GOG, however when you start locking content to your storez you end up with "PlayStation vs Xbox" devision of content.

  • I just had a son in Canada, and was wonderfully surprised that I wasn't asked the question a single time at the hospital or the doctors office.

If I had wanted this elective surgery, I would have had to request it, it wasn't a default, or even presented option.
