Instead of linking vps to the affiliate link it would be better to add something below it like "We recommend hetzner " which would be the hetzner link and at the bottom of the page add " we may earn compensation for affiliate links" or something like that. I would expect clicking vps to go to something explaining what a vps is, not to a certain provider.
My 2012 Mazda uses a SD card for the maps and last I looked it was over $100 for updates. I wouldn't buy a car without carplay or android auto these days.
Not really comparable to guns, making it harder to get a physical object is much different from preventing people from downloading software. Even 3d printed guns require equipment and knowledge to make use of the download.
Obligated to have the video feature. Meaning all phones would eventually be required to have the capability to use it, it would still be optional for the caller to allow it. Like how where I am we have the options of calling or texting 911.
There's a bunch of people at the side of the road by the local mall every day with tons of flags and signs like "good bless America because Biden doesn't" and "defund 🇺🇦 refund 🇺🇸". Yet during protests by democrats they're all going on about how the democrats protesting must have no jobs and should be working instead of protesting.
I bought a set on end tables yesterday that had a $20 off coupon to clip. It's the same exact deal today except with the prime day exclusive label too. The only thing I ended up ordering for prime day was a 3 pack of usbc chargers.
The original poster added context in a comment, saying that the location they ordered from was a Buffalo Wild Wings Go store, a contactless version of the establishment.
Was the location you were ordering from one of these? Maybe instead of paying proper wages like fast food restaurants these assholes were trying to make up for people being unlikely to tip for pickup to keep the profits from being able to pay employees barely anything?
It would solve the verification problem that twitter has now that they want organizations to pay thousands to be verified. Instances ending in a .gov domain would be obvious legit government accounts.
I ended up just setting up my own instance. Wefwef is speedy since I'm not hosting other users or any communities. I tried the native iOS apps but prefer wefwef.
It could be a nearby device and not one actually connected to your router. Turn off WPS on your router if it's enabled and see if it goes away.

Are you seeing it in the Network folder in Windows? If so, then you're probably just the latest person to get confused by a featured called "Windows Connect Now".
Frustratingly, that window doesn't just show you devices that are actually connected to your network, it will also show you devices that are NOT connected to your network, but just nearby (i.e. within radio range). This is done in case it belongs to a guest in your home, and you want an easy way to permit their device to join your Wi-Fi. It's called "Windows Connect Now".
Please note that any Wi-Fi AP (wireless router) that supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) will see and report these nearby-but-not-connected devices to any Windows device on the network running the Windows Connect Now Config registrar service (WCNCSVC). Your Windows box (the one that's already on the network) doesn't even have to have Wi-Fi in order to see these nearby-but-not-connected devices in the Network folder. So even Ethernet-connected Windows devices with no Wi-Fi adapter at all might see these in the Network folder.
If you don't want to see these nearby-but-not-connected devices in your Network folder, there are two workarounds. For best results, feel free to do both:
Stop/disable the Windows Connect Now config registrar service, WCNCSVC on your Windows boxes where you don't want to see these nearby-but-not-connected devices.
Disable the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) functionality on all the Wi-Fi APs (wireless routers) on your network (or on all networks you control or care about).
