Your post implied that all countries outside of the west sided with China when this is clearly not true. I am so adamant about the because I have first hand experience with this.
Even in Africa there is a lot of pushback among the population (not necessarily the elites) against Chinese imperialism. Sri Lanka is another example where there is a measures of opposition to jingoistic Chinese meddling.
It's fascinating how Gavrilo Princip put himself into the historical record of humanity. He will be discussed in history books many centuries from now (if we get that far and if the concept of "learning" as we think of it now is even relevant then).
For me personally, the presence of elections (flawed but arguably functional) and some level of judicial oversight (e.g. US judiciary is no where close to say russia, where they rule as per request from the regime) makes US a proto-fascist state, not fully fascist state.
A relatively minor incident in the bigger scale of things, but it really does give the impression that the US is well on its way to becoming a proto-fascist state.
They can indeed federate, but IMO it's not useful beyond simple posts.
