  • I wish that were true.

Sadly they're set for life. They will spend however long they have in government building a network that will make them immensely valuable to any number of lobbying firms. We'll be hearing about these dipshits for decades.

  • I bumped in to a guy at work the other day, he was in the building as a vendor, so not an employee of my company.

He'd stopped what he was doing to rant and rave about politics to some poor soul he'd happened upon here in the building who was clearly just humoring him.

This guy was parroting everything Trump had said to the letter. As every word from that guy's mouth was some golden truth.

That's a third of the country. People like that. Completely lost to ideology, incapable of independent thought. Proud that Trump is winning so hard all the time, and he is, of course, because he says he is.

  • The way the TSA strikes is by causing massive delays for passengers going through security. The last time they did that, the security line at Atlanta international was 2 and a half hours long at times. It wound all the way back to the check in.

  • Land is land. We don't get any more. Some land is inherently more valuable than other. We should be disincentivizing ownership of land unless it's being cultivated or contributing in some way.

By saying that farms don't pay property tax, we're creating an avenue for billionaires to create "farms" and skirt taxes.

Instead what we should be doing is guaranteeing that crops will sell. Pay the property tax, use the land, and if your harvest fails at market, then the government covers the gap. But not before. I'm even cool with the government buying the seed and feed. That's all renewable and contributes to a bountiful harvest. Having taxes to pay on the value of the land encourages it's use, and pushes the wealthy billionaires away from wanting to own it just cuz. They'll naturally look for the least valuable land if they just want a big ass estate. Who cares if they build a mansion on a pile of worthless rock?

  • We are in the middle of an insect apocalypse.

Remember when you were little how many fucking moths there were? Couldn't keep the porch light on at night or they'd get in the house and you'd be finding moth carcasses all summer.

Now there's just a few. Hardly see any anymore.

Same for house flies, and bees. I used to have to go and spray for wasps every spring, I don't remember the last one I saw.

  • I would like to run for Congress under this party. Here is platform.

What is your take on bathrooms?

    Wash your hands.

What is your position on abortion?

None of my fucking business, none of yours either.

How do you feel about government spending?

If it's creating jobs and providing a service great. If it's feeding yachts to billionaires fucking stop it.

How will you get money out of politics?

With a fucking guillotine if I have to.

  • My wife lives at Target. She's already found other places to get the essentials.

    40 days.

Fill a target online shopping cart with every day items, stuff you would buy every week or every month, and abandon it. Nothing big or expensive, standard shit.

    Do that a few times.

  • Could you imagine the talent pool the most profitable companies would have if all net profits over X billion dollars were automatically redistributed to it's labor force? Suddenly the wealthiest middle class on earth would be in the US until then somehow clawed that money back.
