I mean, the article above claims that the IDF said so in their video. And the long-standing claim by Israel has been that Hamas dug an entirely new network of tunnels beneath the hospital.

It would be strange if they were just meaning the tunnels they themselves made decades ago.

The video of the hostages being taken to the hospital for medical treatment way back in October? What does that have to do with the hospital currently?

I also find it annoying that the IDF video has multiple cuts and jumps, rather than showing directly from how you get to this tunnel from the hospital proper.

It makes it incredibly difficult to compare it to the building plans from then to see if this tunnel is indeed new or not. Which is maybe on purpose by the IDF on how they made the video?

So this is a new tunnel that didn't exist before? And is not a part of the large basement tunnel complex Israel made when they built al-Shifa in the 80's?

This is far from the first paper indicating this, despite how the media is framing it. There's been more and more re-investigation of findings from the past century and earlier, with much of it not only finding that a number of the "warrior" skeletons discussed in the past were women, but also a lot of the physical evidence otherwise showing that women were involved in these activities.

Both men and women gathered and both men and women hunted. Often together and they may have had different overall skillsets depending on personal body structure and endurance. But there's often enough of an overlap anyways that everyone could be involved in everything in some fashion.

You mean that the Taiwanese people saw that the party in charge during that prior period were just CCP shills and were trying to force re-assimilation over time. When they couldn't show anything at all right off and instead several things that appeared to be propaganda and lies (to the point that even mainstream media is reporting on it), no, I won't believe it.

Them coming back days later to claim any of those is time enough for them to doctor up the claimed evidence.

This is just standard propaganda making, the likes of which we saw all the time out of Russia, for example.

All they need to do is show freshly concreted over areas. But they couldn't even do that. They showed nothing of the sort in the videos they've released of the basement.

The only option for peace in Ukraine (and in Taiwan if that happens) is if Russia and China gives up. Any other "peace" for Ukraine was them giving up the land Russian's invasion had already taken, which was not an option for them.

Russia and China are the aggressors and the evil ones in those situations. Only tankie morons claim otherwise.

If one wants to be ideologically consistent, they need to be pro-Ukraine and pro-Palestinian. Or the opposite, I suppose.

Otherwise, they're just being an inherent hypocrite who is purposefully ignoring facts about one or the other conflict.

It had power up until the start of the IDF siege, so 5 days ago at most.

And yet Hamas managed to erase any evidence of their supposed tunnel system completely? The IDF was claiming a day or two ago that Hamas concreted over and "ceramic'ed over" all the tunnels during the 3 days of the hospital siege.

Yet the IDF could show no evidence of those covered up tunnels either.
