  • Judging by OPs comments so far, it does seem to at least approach that line.

  • I think hate, as a word, can mean what the parent comment used it for, though I wouldn't say that's the sense I get when I hear it. It's the meaning in the phrase "hate group" though, which seems pretty relevant.

  • I never saw that on Reddit, but then I never did filter by controversial.

  • It's also a decent writer's room brainstorm kind of tool, although it can't really get beyond the initial pitch as it's pretty terrible at staying consistent when trying to clean up ideas.

  • So then he's clearly going to, by the laws of narrative causality.

  • SG my beloved could beat anyone if it was ironic enough.

  • I mean it's pretty easy to beat up a corpse, but does that really qualify as a victory?

  • Hey, look! I found a furry!

  • Are those "best matches" paper-sized, or snippet-sized?

  • they have claimed land,

    fighting back against “imperialists.”

Hey, I think I know how they can do that basically for free!

  • They look a lot like humans. I'm suspecting they might be humans, who just act a bit different sometimes.

  • They also claim, like, so many of the "oldest people in the world".

  • Technically winning a war of secession would have to end with an amendment to the constitution too, unless it ended with the eradication of "the USA"

  • The US border has fluctuated through its short history, but only by growing (as long as you only count states and not other claimed territory)

  • "Just" passing an amendment requires more than 75% of states to ratify the amendment. So even if all of Congress decided nuts to Delaware, we're moving them out, it would still go to the state of legislatures to be formalized

  • Oh, and magic cards. I buy a lot of those.

  • I didn't buy it, but my wife got it for me as a Christmas present one year. The Lego Star Wars imperial star destroyer. It was gigantic and amazing and took maybe 8 hours of building. It would have taken meweeks as a child.

  • Sorry, in what way is that like this? Like, she put up flyers to advertise her porn after she got sued by the government for advertising porn?

  • Listen, this is getting creepy.

  • They seriously haven't updated the rulebook? It's been a quarter century!
