  • If you look at the actions of Western media and governments, it's pretty clear who is the minority. Palestinian activists have become much more vocal because they're the minority, and no one is standing up for Gazans.

Regardless, you are not being persecuted, by saying so you're trivializing those that are.

  • I don't think Homer strangling Bart is the same as the Apu thing.

The strangling was never depicted as acceptable behaviour. It was a cartoonish form of corporal punishment, and served to make Homer look bad tempered and not a great father. I don't think anyone, in the 90s or now, is taking parenting tips from Homer Simpson.

Its just another classic gag gone from a show that's a shell of its former self. I agree with what you said about it becoming the culture though, they really should've cancelled it 20 years ago.

  • Yeah, this kid voted for Hamas 20 years ago, he definitely deserved it.

Isreal should start killing kids faster actually. The more dead kids we have, the sooner Hamas is defeated. It's a humanitarian slaughter.

Don't forget your daily condom hummus everyone.

  • Not really. Voting for shitty candidates condones their behaviour and sends a signal that they don't need to change.

Think long term. 20 years of the status quo is worse than 4 years of Trump. And before someone says it, no I'm not saying vote for Trump or that he's better than Biden.

  • People can't just begrudgingly keep voting for Democrats with policies they don't like. It's short sighted. Yes they could lose an election, at this rate they will anyway, but if we keep doing this then this cycle will just keep going over and over and over again. They need to see that supporting genocide will cost them elections.
