It's intermittent for me. Most of the time I'm fine. But once in a while, the same level of spiciness will give me cramps. Who knows?

Honestly, the hot n ready slaps when it's fresh. The second it cools off, I'm out. It doesn't reheat well either.

Sometimes when I eat very spicy food, I can get stomach cramps after. I'm not sure why. Other times I'm fine. I love Indian food, especially spicy curries. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water or something beforehand. But as far as I know, I don't have IBS or anything like that.

I mean, if someone spends $2 once in a while for the fun and daydreaming, it's not really an idiot tax. I'll probably buy a single ticket.

I can see the argument about percentage. I'm really not sure. I think with this particular case, grey has millions of subscribers and I don't think VTH does. He's not stealing views from grey honestly.

It's tricky to define transformative for sure. At the end of the day, I think grey could have handled it better. He threw a hissy fit because he had received a strike before and decided to fuck over other, smaller creators out of spite.

I mean, that's a courtesy, but if it falls under fair use, get over it. VTH videos are transformative, as he provides additional context, corrects inaccuracies, and more.

He filed against Vlogging Through History at least and a couple other history channels I don't watch. The strikes were reversed when CGPGrey didn't file suit after VTH appealed.

They may require you to sign a release form first, which can also be done electronically. There's no way they can't pull electronic records without timestamp. That's not PHI.

You're generally in a public place. At least in the US, you have no expectation of privacy in public. Anyone can record you without your consent
