How do you define “democratic?” Would North Korea be democratic if there were two candidates instead, where they fought in a pretend culture war, but one of them really just deferred to the other if they won? North Korea has different parties too, you know.

The most obvious example in the current conversation is lemmygrad hosting a sub called Ukraine war news that has 0 news on active events in Ukraine.

The community became more general about NATO activities in general because we changed the display name to “Death to NATO” which you would know if you visited !ukraine_war_news@lemmygrad.ml.

With all due respect, some of your comments are giving off the vibe that you would have accused anyone who wanted to stop the Vietnam War as being Russian propagandists.
