It’s possible, but I wouldn’t put it past Apple to ignore the VPN when checking your location. I’d suspect they’d check using more than 1 approach (Internet, GPS, country on your Apple account, etc) to verify your location.
I’m a software engineer, so I spend the majority of my day inside. I tend to do more outdoorsy type stuff when off work or on weekends like 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, hunting/fishing, photography, exploring, etc. When I am indoors, I tend to play video games, sometimes learn new programming tech, and more recently reading.
Tons of odd little things too, but that’s a good majority of what I tend to do.
A bit off the rails, since it’s not a particular brand. But anything leather (wallets, belts, pouches, etc). I’ve had my leather wallet for nearly 7 years, maybe more. I haven’t really taken care of it (though I should). It’s been through a lot, and it has held up so well. Leather also ages very well. Whether it’s scuffed or dented, it’ll still look good with added character. As long as you don’t lose it or cut it (and craftsmanship is good), you’ll probably have it for a very long time.
Prime Video (since it’s included with a prime membership), Spotify family (all spots filled), and kindle (if you consider it a “streaming” subscription).
I unfortunately can’t tape anything where my cat’s water is, because it’s in front of an attic door that I access from time to time… Unless I stock up on tape and re-tape it every time.
Wildfires and flooding here in northern Ontario. Can’t really prepare for these things… Just pack up and go when needed. Wildfire got real close to town last summer, and MNRF were beginning to setup sprinklers around town, but eventually the fire was taken care of. We were ready to pack up and go if the time came, but luckily never needed to.
Boxes serve him well. My cat gets very bored of a toy after using it maybe once or twice, so buying toys is basically a waste. Just cut some string, or tinfoil ball, etc, and it'll make him very happy.
Family history of cancer. My grandmas from both sides had it. Other family members died from it. So, probably from some form of cancer or sickness.
If not, probably due to a motor vehicle accident (motorcycle, ATV, Snowmobile, car) or some other form of stupidity.
