Assuming scaling isn't an issue in import, blender is capable of something this simple with its measurement tool

Using the vertex snapping tool you can drag a ruler from point A to B, then drag the middle of the line to point C and it will display the angle between the CA and CB vectors

Though it could be cheaper to have a backup or 2, all identical bits stored on them and swap them out as(/if) they fail
